What the platform does
The teachers we onboarded were spending nearly five hours a week on the admin around their lessons — chasing payments, reconciling tabs, keeping two calendars in sync. ProPulse collapses all of that into one workflow so your week stays shaped by the teaching, not the bookkeeping. Three of the things it discontinues:
Booking, billing and reminders share a state. One search bar. One export. 'Who paid me most last term' lands in a keystroke instead of a multi-tab ritual.
Your public page stays the same year-round; you set the look once and your domain does the rest. Returning students find the new term themselves — no panicked group text required.
Recurring weekly slots live inside the platform and free themselves up the moment a student leaves. The ledger is up to date whenever you look at it.

Four workflows
We do not charge by add-on. Every teacher pays the same $19.99 and gets the same four workflows. They are the four most teachers cite by name when they tell a friend why they switched.
Feature 1
Your public page is reachable at propulse.app/you or your own domain. The calendar opens on the student's time zone, books them in, confirms them by email and hands back a slot that is yours again.
Feature 2
ProPulse sends the day-before email, the morning text, and the after-lesson thank-you. Cancellation policy and no-show receipts are part of the same flow. If they still don't show, the lesson lands in the ledger as a no-show, not as a silent loss.
Feature 3
Stripe, Square, cash and bank transfers all flow into a single ledger. The book closes itself when each lesson is paid. End-of-term reconciliation is a single page, not a Sunday-war-room.
Feature 4
One CSV by April, one CSV by year-end, both cut the way your accountant likes them. Summarize the year by student, by instrument or by month without retyping into a new spreadsheet first.
